The Somewhat Enjoyable Trip To The Persian Gulf

Today, we are going to board a big boat, and begin our exciting journey to the middle east! We got on the boat, met our tour guide, Iris (pictured over there--->), and we were on our way to The Persian Gulf. When we got there, we got free fact books. We were all super excited about them because they were extremely spiffy! After reading them, we learned that the average depth of The Persian Gulf is 50 meters. We also learned about the great fishing areas in The Persian Gulf that have been affected by petroleum spills over the years. Then, we went to a family owned restaurant and had some fresh cooked crab. We all agreed that it was the best seafood we had ever had. After the meal, we went to an offshore oilfield, and toured the facility. Then we followed the boat carrying some oil through the Strait of Hormuz to watch the journey they make. After a while, Zoey seemed to have food poisoning. She decided to lay down for a while,until she felt better. After that, we toured the coasts. The Iran coastline was extremely mountainous, but to the south, the coast was a lot more flat. We thanked Iris for an extravagant day, and got off the boat. After a long day of traveling by boat, we all felt a little seasick, so when they got back on land, they all felt relief. They were all preparing to travel to the Rub' al-Khali Desert the next day.
